Terms & Conditions with Warranty

1. General Terms By purchasing our sunglasses, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our 1-year manufacturer warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

  • Our 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.
  • The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for one year from that date.
  • If any manufacturing defects occur during this period, we will repair or replace the sunglasses at no additional cost.

3. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses, frame discoloration, or breakage due to impacts.
  • Alterations or repairs made by any party other than our authorized representatives.

4. Claim Process To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at violetmaudeshade@gmail.com with proof of purchase/order number.
  • Provide a description of the defect or issue.
  • If the claim is approved, we will guide you through the process of returning the product for repair or replacement.

5. Return and Exchange

  • For warranty claims, the original sunglasses must be returned to us in their entirety, including the frame and lenses.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether the product qualifies for repair or replacement.
  • If a replacement is issued, it will be for the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.

6. Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, personal injury, or property damage.

7. Transferability This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
